I had a few hours to kill before my flight home from San Diego. So I stopped by the Apple Store in Fashion Valley to see what the chaos would be like. Turned out to be no real lines so I got to play with an iPad for half an hour. And I was hooked. So here I am at 33,000 feet or so somewhere over Nebraska blogging away on one using the wifi on the plane. Sigh. Anyone wanna buy a slightly used iPod Touch?
I'll give you 5 bucks! (That's my standing offer for, well, most things.)

Our Ipod went unhappy face soon after the warranty ended. $350 down the drain. I'll second the $5 offer :).
So my question is Why did you fall in love with the Ipad? Will you need to carry a netbook or laptop when you travel? I'm a netbook lover right now because it does everything including Skype and has our entire music collection on its disk.

;-) - I can't believe you got sucked in ;-) (but am secretly happy for you!) - I guess that is •really• my warning to stay clear of the Apple store then, since I am quite sure that I would get sucked in ;-)

Rich purchases the iPad, and Colleen is going to stay clear of the Apple store...
This must be a sign of the coming Apocalypse. ;)
