And holy cow - did I luck out on my picks on my recent trip! Each of the shows I saw was nominated for either Best Musical or Best Play. Next to Normal got ten nominations, second only to Billy Elliot. God of Carnage saw all four cast members nominated for either Best Leading Actor or Best Leading Actress in a Play among the six nominations it received. And even the silly Rock of Ages pulled in five nominations.
