I've been reading a ton of job descriptions as I've looked for my next adventure in the work world. But this has to be one of the most unusual requirements I've come across so far:
Can let go of ego and other attachments that conflict with company
values and goals and aligns his or her own interests with those of the
company.
That has to be the most blatant version of "you will have no life" that I've ever seen.
Wow. Do they seriously expect to get applicants with that in the description?
Although I suppose they probably will right now. Heh!

Wow - that is a description that would send me running the other way. :-) Give new meaning to the phrase "red flag". ;-)

Well, they're looking for PhDs in math or stats, so maybe the odds are good.

C Velo - well, they're famous for their red envelopes...

It sounds like you can have a life; you just can't have a soul. Pretty well spells out the ethics of a lot of brokers and mortgage agents the last eight years.

oh you can have a life... as long as it is 100% at the company.
i wonder how long it would take for me to get fired from that place... assuming they were dense enough to hire me in the first place...
